Thank you for shopping at RUDOOS! This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures and estimated timelines for shipping your orders.
1. Shipping Zones
- Domestic Shipping within India: We ship to all serviceable पिन codes across India.
- International Shipping: We currently don’t do any international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped from our Kolkata warehouse.
- Orders are typically processed within 7-8 business days excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping methods for your convenience. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method.
Domestic Shipping:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders now.
International Shipping:
- Costs and estimated delivery times for international orders will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these do not include potential customs duties or taxes (see Section 6).
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic:
- Major Cities e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai: 5-7 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 7-8 business days
- International: Estimated delivery times range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays (for international), or courier issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can typically track your order directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by the destination country’s customs authorities.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
- If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees or customs duties incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
7. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
- Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the courier and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If we cannot reach you or if you do not wish to pay for re-delivery, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the stated delivery date. We will assist you in contacting the courier to investigate. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery.
- Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears damaged, please photograph the package before opening it. If the items inside are also damaged, please contact us immediately at store@rudoos.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
