Returns & Refunds Policy

At RUDOOS, we are committed to providing you with high-quality designer clothing. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and receive refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be in the original packaging, including any dust bags, hangers, or boxes.
- Tags Intact: All original tags, labels, and hygiene strips if applicable must be attached and intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase e.g., your order confirmation email is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-returnable.
- Customized/Personalized Items: Any product that has been customized or personalized specifically for you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to Your Customer Service Email Address store@rudoos.com or within the specified return window.
- Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization (RA): Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send items back without an RA number, as they may not be processed. For returns due to change of mind or any reason other than a damaged/defective item or sizing issuie where our size chart was accurate we are not going to acccept your return.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Shipment: Ship the package to the address provided with your RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, RUDOOS will cover the return shipping costs. We may provide a pre-paid return label in such cases.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Rejection: If the item does not meet the eligibility criteria e.g., used, damaged, missing tags, the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund as per this policy and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most efficient process.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery at store@rudoos.com with the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the damage or defect.
- Photographs of the damaged/defective item and its packaging.
